How does BeeStitchin Embroidery Protect my data?

All payments made to BeeStitchin Embroidery are made via Paypal or Stripe, therefore no payment information, credit card details etc, are entered directly into our website nor are they stored in any way.

Customer Information is stored upon registration to our website. All details are stored securely and only viewable by myself, the owner of BeeStitchin. If at ANY TIME, you wish to have your stored details REMOVED from the database, please contact me and I will be happy to do so for you.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – BeeStitchin’ Embroidery

DELIVERED VIA INSTANT DOWNLOAD.
When purchasing digital designs, you must have an embroidery machine and a method of transferring designs to your machine in order to use these. They are NOT sold as iron patches or physical goods. It is not recommended that you resize or edit files; I cannot guarantee the quality of designs if you alter them in any way.
You do not have permission to copy, share or sell my designs or reproduce them in digital form. You may sell the items that you make using my design in small quantities, not mass production.
Please understand that all digital files will be available for download, by the purchaser, and will not be mailed to you.
You understand, when making payment, that sending an e-check via paypal will result in a delay in the processing of your order. No files will be available for download until AFTER payment has cleared. This may take upto 5 days.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final - no refund will be given for purchased digital goods.
You are purchasing the license to use our designs to produce physical products, youdo not own the design and all designs remain the property of BeeStitchin’ Embroidery.
Sharing, loaning, re-selling, copying, or changing of any BeeStitchin’ Embroidery designs is prohibited (with exception of adding monograms, names or designs to the pattern WITHOUT altering the physical shape of the design). These files are available for purchase and use by the purchaser only. You may sell product made using our design, in limited quantities of no more than 250 items per design (no mass production), but you may not use our files to create and sell digital files.

Businesses: If you wish to use our designs for large scale commercial production - Please contact us first to discuss this.
Businesses & employees: Do you have more than two people who will be using BeeStitchin designs in your place of business? Please contact us prior to using, we can offer you a multi user licence which will cover the use of the design by multiple employees WITHIN the same business establishment. (Please note - this is based upon the agreement that designs are NOT used on personal home machines or outside of the business by anyone, except, the original purchaser.

We would appreciate if you give credit to original designs by linking to our website.www.BeeStitchin.com but this isn’t mandatory.
ALL IMAGES and WORDING found on our website, facebook and etsy stores are copyrighted to BeeStitchin’ Embroidery. DO NOT remove watermarks.
Images found on our website, etsy and facebook pages remain the property of BeeStitchin and MAY NOT be used in advertising - please use photographs of your own stitch outs to show customers.
